Advertising And Diversity, Inc. Aka AD Inc. ripoff Paid $550 to do my taxes via rapid refund when said $300 Jamaica New York

This place told me they would do my taxes for $300 via rapid refund, sound about right. I recieve a letter stating the check came in and showed they charged me $500. I called the company and they said it was a mistake and refunded me $200 by company check, all is well at this point. Next week I recieve the BIG check and when I get the combined check it shows the company took $750 out($200 previously refunded) BUT $and extra $250 not accounted for.

When I go to the office the and talk to employee he then called the owner. He said I can either take the check or forget the whole thing and I would have to refile. I have car that is currently broken down and need to ix to get back and forth to work so I need that money.

I then called the police and the officer agreed $550 is crazy but there was nothing I can do but contact the BBB. So I the took the check and went home.

I just filed a BB compliant and another complaint on another web site. I NEVER HEARD OF SOMEONE PAYING $550 TO DO THEIR TAXES. PERIOD. I will go to small claims court if BBB doesnt work.
