I found Adzacta by doing a search on the internet. Shortly thereafter I contacted them and had to leave a message. A few days later Chris Havens called me back and said that he could help me build a business via network and affiliate advertising. He promised that he could get me 20 signups a day and then told me I had to wire him all the money upfront. I asked if we could pay in installments instead and he finally, reluctantly agreed to let us pay half down which ended up being $6900.
Well now it has been over a month and we have had zero signups and/or interest from him. He NEVER answers his phone and is extremely difficult to get to reply by email. We have now requested a refund and he is saying that he cannot afford to pay us back!! It has been excuse after excuse with him and we have no idea where this guy disappears to for days upon days.
If you have spoken with Chris (he's a one-man-operation by the way - do not be tricked into thinking otherwise) and are considering working with him, let this be a warning to you.
DO NOT WORK WITH CHRIS HAVENS OR ADZACTA IN ANYWAY!! He will take your money and you'll be lucky if you ever hear from him again.
