Aerial Messages - Timothy W Pacini ripoff He should go to jail for being responsible for 2 lives and fraud. Port Orange Florida

1)Me and 2 friends from Denmark got a job offer from aerial messages as banner pilots. We paid 2500$ each for the training

2)The traning was to take 2-3 weeks; After 4 weeeks with no traning timothy w pacini lost his towing endorsement because 2 pilots died (timothy w pacini)to blame for that - bad fraud with maintainence papers (faa investigation)

3)We stopped the traning and asked for our money back because of the tragic death and he wasn't legally certified to operate a banner company (stopped by the faa)

4)Timothy W Pacini agreed to pay our money back and we arranged a meeting. Timothy W Pacini didn't show up

5)New meeting - same again - after 10-15 phone calls he told us that he was only prepared to pay 1500$ to each of us. We accepted - but still no money

6)We hired a lawyer. He mailed him our claims - no response

7)After another 2 weeks and 500$ more to the lawyer, my two friends went back to denmark. We were out of money. I stayed back in the US and fought another week with no result

8)Timothy W Pacini has still not paid a cent

9)He should go to jail for being responsible for 2 lives and fraud - there are many cases with this man
