I was hired as a cold caller unlicensed. The salary was $300 a week tax free. What I saw at the long island boiler room was amazing. I saw brokers hire and fired on a daily basis. Good people looking for a career unknowingly about to get the boot even after they brought there clients to A&F. One poor guy was being verbally abused and physically threatened to leave. I realize the type of place it was so I left to go to a reputable firm. I was there 1 month and my job was threatned constantly. The owners were dan and nick Dan being a vicious verbally abusive boss. Go for an interview and you'll see what I mean. They scam new employees I wonder what they do to there clients. Hopefully this is the last BOILER ROOM around. What a shame.

When will someone shut these thieves down? With there website they appear to be a legit business. They are very good at trying to sell you on all of these bad reviews are just a lie but if you work or invest with this company you will get hurt sooner then later!!!

I have invested my life saving with this company. Dan Dvorznak who promised returns exceeding 100% a year LOST my money!!!!! He wouldn't take my calls after the fact. This guy should be in prison. I am sorry if you ever worked for a guy like this.

I was in the same boat. Good people getting scammed left and right at this place. What I don't understandis that they called us even the cold callers (Independent Contractors). Well guess what? No one was a contractor and no one was independant. Especially getting verbally abused on a daily basis if you were 5 minutes late. They used that term to evade taxes and skip paying any benefits rightfully due to there brokers. Even know there employment ad says the word (benefits). THEY DON'T EXIST!! NYS has a web site to report firms like ths using and abusing the Independent Contractor term. It's firms like this that give the securities industry a black eye.
