on or about July 17, 2009; My Husband and myself entered into business with Brent Da Silva of Affordable Aid,in Garden Grove,Ca for purpose of Bankruptcy filing.On this day Mr. Da Silva was paid $199.00 for preperation of Bankrutcy paperwork. Due to financial delays on our part, we were unable to pay court fees until October 2009, at this time we contacted Mr Da Sila and requested and appointment to pick up paperwork to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court. At that time we were advised that paperwork was not completed and that it would be another 4-6 weeks before it wast typed and ready for pick up. In Decemeber 2009, we again called and requested an appointment and again was advised that the paperwork was not ready. We called again in January 2010, only to be told by Mr. Da Silva that he did not feel confident in handaling such a "Complex Bankruptcy Case".(The information given to Mr Da Silva in the beginning had not changed. He was advised of all debt at the time we paid his fee.) At this time we requested that Mr. Da Silva issue a refund of the $199 and return all financial worksheets completed by us. Mr. Da Silva finally agreed to the refund and the return of the worksheets. There has been no less that 7 phone calls placed to Mr. Da Silva, each time he assures us that the refund will be issued. On March 16,2009 I mailed a registered letter again requesting a refund and the return of worksheets to Mr Da Silva addressed to his Garden Grove, Ca office that was recently returned by the US Post Office as "Unclaimed". As recent as April 12, 2010 we were again assured that we would have the refund no later than April 16, 2010. This guy is so comfortable ripping people off that he has failed to respond to  two (2) requests from the Better Business Bureau. No concern for his wrong doing...so sad.
