After getting a flyer in the mail my grandmother bought a EdenPure heater. She called Affordable Heat LLC. and told them she received the flyer and it stated FREE 60 day trial all your money back plus they pay to return it. The sales rep never stated different. She bought a heater from www.edenpurestore.com and then when the heater raised her Electric bill by $150 she wanted to return it. www.edenpurestore.com said she was outside of the 30 day return they offer. Plus if she was going to return it she was going to be charged 15% restocking fee and have to pay the shipping to return it. Shipping on 26 pounds is not cheap. Long story short, we were unable to return the item.
I will never and she will never buy another product from www.edenpurestore.com
Make sure you order from the manufacturer direct. Biotech Research in Canton, OH.
They actually offer 60 days to return the item. FULL Refund plus THEY PAY the return shipping.
