I just read the Recent Rip Off Report on Amir Heshmatpour and I am so glad someone is finally stepping up against this con man.

I Met amir, a few years ago as he tried to take my company public. He then showed me other companies and asked convinced me into investing with the companies that he had already started the IPO process.

He told me about his best friend and many family friends who have invested in many of his project. I invested over 250k into a company after he assured me that my investment was guaranteed and that he protect his family and friends by making sure if the company we invest in does not make money that he would replace our stocks with another company.

So far he has put me in three deferent companies over the past 2 and half years with promises that have proven to be fake. I have investigated him further and come to find out that AMIR has not made ANY companies go public that have been profitable. INFACT almost every company that he has taken public has sued him.

He promises companies that he will take them public and raise its value to 10 to 15 times its net earnings but what he really does is take investors money and sells them restricted shares that is given to him by the company as commission. At end the investor and the company are both screwed and AMIR HESHMATPOUR is a thief who screws everyone around him ! 

He has ripped off over $4 million of my friends money and we are now all getting together to file a criminal case with the US attorneys office against this con man !  If you have been RIPPED OFF by AMIR HESHMATPOUR , please email us at (((ROR redacted)))
