Afterhours recovery Elglebrechts Towing Wesley Eglebrechts Wont release a car thats been paid for Vallejo California

On friday morning my daughters car was reposessed by this company. She knows her mistake and is trying but mistakes happen. Once we told her she took care of all fines and payments by 1pm friday. We waited and called to find the car and the company that took it was not letting the agency know they had it. FFPD told my daughter who picked it up and we researched them. They claimed they close at 330 and they had no realse They couldnt get the release since they wouldnt report where the car was. Picking up the car is by appointment only so she made an appointment for monday at 130 . We arrive and say no its a property only appointment and will not release the car. But come back tomorrow. As they just got the release today 2-26-18 and still wouldnt release the car. Then i read the yelp reviews please know wheather your you or a business they will take your money and jerk you around. This has to stop They also allow a 12 yr old to work with the cars in the middle of the street as i sat and watched him. Please be aware of this business.
