Agency Eighty Nine Modeling Agency's Barely Legal Scam Now Formally ILLEGAL Omaha Nebraska

So what with all the published discrepancies that have already been written about Agency 89, I'll keep this short and sweet. Agency 89's almighty Savior, the Post-Secondary Board of Education, has opted out.

Under the Post-Secondary Board's list of businesses, Agency89 is listed as a modeling SCHOOL, not a modeling AGENCY, even though all their advertisements allude to themselves being a "full-service model and talent agency". Although the "agency" falsely advertises in the Omaha area, their only real claim to legitimacy has been their contract with the board of education.

However, their license to act as a school and charge prospective models for tuition has been expired since June 30, 2008. But do you see them closing down their school? Do you see them giving models contracts based on their legitimate talent rather than their 3,000 dollars? Agency 89's only real license was to take people's money, and this scam was blindly safe-guarded by the Post-Secondary Board of Education (unknown to the board, I'm sure).

Agency 89, please, change your name, change your business management, and most importantly, uphold a few ethical standards every now and then!
