I signed up for two AgentZip accounts with a large advertising budget. My average cost per lead was over $40 and did not include valid phone numbers or emails.

99% of the leads had fake information. 17% of the leads were other realtors! And 4 of the leads were so angry that we were contacting them, that they threatened us and our business.

I am successfully using 3 other lead generation platforms (including Boomtown and Cinc), and converting over 6% into clients so I know it is not me or my team that is the problem.

Total waste of over $2500 and an even bigger waste of time.  When I tried to cancel, I suddenly was unable to reach anyone. What a disaster! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fasle Complaint

AUTHOR: AgentZip - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 30, 2017

This is a very concerning review and every single part of it is false. First things first; we do not and have never had a client by the name of Paul. Also, we only have one client who paid $2500 and that client received 221 leads in 30 days in a smaller market (Reno, NV) and each lead is a real person as the prospect's contact info is directly provided by facebook. It is the same email and phone number that the user logs into facebook with, so the 99% part is false and stating that 17 were Agents and 4 were Angry also clearly shows the poster was making up false figures in an attempt to attack our company. Also, naming competitors leads me to believe this was posted by a competitor. This is very unprofessional and flat out foul for someone to attack a reputable service that is founded and ran by active Real Estate Agents. We take care of our own. Our average cost per lead is $5. We guarantee a minimum of 20 so the highest cost possible is $25 and that's usually seller leads in high end markets.

Fact is, AgentZip has a ton of great reviews and we offer our service with no contract because we know it works! Over 85% of clients stay on long term on their own elective because it is a very great service. We are easy to reach as well, we offer 24/7 support from real people online or over the phone, our customer support is stellar!

Feel free to call us and we can put you in touch with Agents that are using our service and getting multiple new clients under contract. Thank You and sorry someone would post something like this - it's just not right.
