i sold my house and i paid of this loan on 01/29/09 by bank wire transfer and i have reciepts showing dat 01/29/2009 and time of day money was wired and a reciept acknowledging reciept of fund by this companys bank same date. this money was wired to them not sent by mail!

this company claims this loan wasn't paid off until 02/09/2009 and even after 5 months of getting runaround with they're foreign indian call center morons for hours on end they finally tell me they will research this i sent them proof copies of bank trnasfer and reciepts showing when they recieved the funds! today I get response saying research determined this loan wasn't paid until feb 9, 2009.

they are the worst company and i learned that even the attorney general of mass. got a federal injuction against them for violating federal lending laws!

I would reccomend anyone stay away from these crooks and don't support these companies with morons in foreign call centers in india who read scripts and waste time never addressing or solving any issues!

already filed complaints with BBB, attorney generals office, and OCC.

wondering if i can take them to small claims court and sue for triple damages its not alot of money only about 100 dollars but i have gone so far and got so mad it's no longer a matter of money it is a matter of principle!
