Aisha's Links Professional Matchmaking Services Unprofessional..Scam

I subscribed to Aisha's Matchmaking Service a couple of months ago despite my reservations having had a bad experience with another service in the past. I reached out to them and asked them if they had the type of matches I was looking for, someone who is divorced and in the their 30's and told them my criteria. They kept assuring me that they did and that they had many successful matches made through their service. Against my better judgement I went ahead and subscribed. I was contacted within a day for a consultaion call from my assigned matchmaker, which I assumed was supposed to be a 30 minute call of her getting an idea of what I was looking for and what my criteria was. But all she did was fill out my basic peronal information into my profile and that was it. No specific questions were asked about the matches I was looking for, so I went ahead and told her myself what my criteria was for age range, professional qualities and residential status. She obviously did not make a note of any of my criteria, and started sending me matches that were outside it. Everytime I tried to complain she would half-heartedly apologize and say she would send me profiles within my criteria. Now in no way am I a picky person with what I am looking for, but she continued to send me profiles that were outside those specific criteria. I finally had enough wtih my matchmaker not taking my concerns seriously and she also began to ignore my emails. I managed to get in touch with the supposed "management", (which they make difficult on purpose), but all she said she could do was assign another matchmaker to me and that was all. This matchmaker was the same as the first one, in that she would send me profiles that were not relevant to what I was looking for. The reason this kept happeing is because they do not really care about what it is you're looking for they do not take the time to talk to you and find out, even though thought that is what a matchmaker is supposed to do. After many months wasted with this service, in trying to see if it would improve I complained many times anf finally decided I was done with them. After my final complaint to my matchmaker, she has since disappeared even though she promised a partial refund. No answer to emails, and she ignores all my calls. I managed to get in touch with my previous matchmaker who also was giving me the run around and saying "management" would get in touch regarding the refund but of course no one has gotten in touch with me and they have been ignoring all my emails and calls. 

Overall my experience with this service has been a nightmare. They take full advantage of people who are genuinely looking to get married and they are just looking to make a quick buck. They claim to be a "professional" matchmaking service, but they are far from professional. The matchmakers have poor communication skills, they do not know how to address your concerns or complaints and will just choose to ignore you becuase that's easier for them. 

Anyone considering this service should think twice, because it is not really a service but a scam to make money and thats it. They do not take the process seriuosly at all. If you are not happy with them and you let them know that, they will make themselves scarce real fast and there will be no one you can get in touch with as there is no "management" to complain to. A real service has people who commincate well and address your concerns, not just straight up ignore you and then disappear even after a promised refund.
