I was attending this school for not even a month and dropped out, because I wasn't getting the class that I wanted, the counselor put me in a Business class, which I was never interested in, and everytime I tried to tell her that it wasn't what I wanted, she kept saying that soon it would take me to the course that I want to, but as days went by, she said I would have to sign a cash agreement and pay them monthly, when I talked to a financial advisor, he said that I was qualified for Financial aid and had grants that would cover my costs, but instead after I dropped out because I wasn't getting any where in the business course, they harassed me with calls, and than sent me a letter regarding money that I owe, when the financial advisor told me I didn't have to worry about it. Now there is a lawsuit going against this school, because of their misleading ways about taking you to the degree you want, instead I think they're just after money. I thought I was the only student who had a bad experience with these people, but now I see that there's other students who are getting billed for nothing. Why pay these people when they not even helping you get to where you want, instead they put you in classes that doesn't even motivate you to learn, or doesn't interests you.

AIU MISLEADING

I thought AIU would help me make small payments too, but the lady that I talked to wouldn't allow it, she wanted to me to pay in full price, and I didn't attend this college for a month, and I'm getting billed for nothing. They're misleading, they will make you sign lots of agreements explaining to you that they will help you along the way, and then they screw you up. I never wanted that Business Class, I wanted a career in Human Behavorial and ended up with a Business class, and when I try to explain to them that I never wanted that class, they pay no attention, once I withdrawl, they bill me.
The financial advisor never said anything about me paying them that much, he said I was qualified for grants that would cover up to 3000.00 dollars, and now they are billing me for something that I thought was already covered for. They never wanted to help me out with my situation, I couldn't even do small payments, and now I have bad credit.
