THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND!!!
Nestor Praniuk has been ripping people off with Cheap Taiwan Made Hardware!
This company buys the hardware from LEA HUNG DRUM Co. (www.leahung.com) claiming his brand AJP Custom Drums is made in the U.S.A when all the hardware is from Taiwan! This company is only a cheap drum company that sells overpriced "custom" drum kits or snares for fools!
DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME! I ordered one snare from them and I noticed the LOW QUALITY of the hardware! I started doing my research and I was shocked when I found out that the hardware provider for this cheap person was Taiwanese and not AMERICAN as he claims!
I also found out that he never makes any drum shell!! He buys them from KELLER SHELLS (www.kellershells.com)
But the Cake Cherry of this fraud is that he violates many trademarks and uses many brands such as Batman, Louis Vuitton and many more!
He offered me an endorsement deal and I found out that his drums are up to 60% overpriced so when you get the endorsement deal you will get the idea that you are actually getting a big discount, when you are really not,
you are actually being RIPPED OFF.
Be aware of this criminal!
He uses the mask of a nice "christian" just to get involved with churches and make them buy his drum sets.
I noticed that most of his endorsers are christians and sadly they are all being ripped off by a wolf in sheep's clothing, I talked with other drummers that were his endorsers and they found out the same scam once they received their merchandise but they had to choice because they already paid for it and Nestor wouldn't give refunds.
This company is not christian and is ripping people off EVERY DAY.
Spread the word with all the drummers and churches you know and contact the trademark owners to let them know about this crime!.

I just wanted to respond to your 'Rip-Off' report regarding AJP Custom Drums.
Your suggestion that AJP 'ripped you off' based on their use of drum hardware from Taiwan is groundless unless AJP stated when you ordered your drums that they make all of their own hardware in the USA.
The majority of custom drum builders and many of the major companies (DW, Ludwig, Gretsch etc.) sub-contract and/or buy their hardware (hoops. lugs, strainers, brackets etc.) from overseas fabricators in Taiwan & elsewhere and then assemble here at their factories here in the USA. Even the high end drums from Tama, Yamaha, Pearl etc. are no longer made in Japan, but in China or Taiwan.
There are only a handful of custom drum builders that make their own hardware and most of them buy from companies like Lea Hung etc.
I am not familiar with AJP drums or Lea Hung so I cannot attest to their quality, but I have purchased drums from well regarded custom drum builders that use parts (hoops, tube & cast lugs etc.) from WorldMax and the parts were really great and did not adversely effect the quality of the drums.
In addition, the same holds true for drum shells. While there are a few builders that make their own shells (Craviotto, DW etc.), most custom builders and many of the major companies use Keller as their source for high quality wood shells. Even DW used Keller shells and only in the last 5 to 10 years started making their own shells.
Hope you resolved your issues with AJP. Just curious, were the drums not made well and/or sound good or was your complaint solely based on their use of Taiwan made drum parts? If it was the latter, you might want to re-think your complaint based on the information I presented above.
