Al Hendrickson Toyota Dealer sold demo car at new price which results in new tires needed at 5000 miles. and other issues Coconut Creek Florida

I just brought a Toyota Corolla on 5/28/08. It was a 09 model. I was never happy with the sale because the numbers got manipulated in order to get me to buy it. Anyway thats my responsablity. I was bascily sold a demo car at a new price.

Since I got the car 3 alighments had to be done because they couldn't get the alighment correct. The plastic needed to tightned inside the car, the car from day one had tire noise.

Well it's a month later. I had an oil change at Goodyear and I spoke about the tire noise they rotated the tires. After I got the tires rotated the tires started to shimmer. (vibrate) (having bad experience with good year in the past I decided to go back to the dealer and I was prepared to pay)

I had the tires balanced (and Al hendrickson warrenteed it to my suprise) when I left they were still viberating.

I went to another dealer They were were nice to me I went to Maroonie in Weston. The service manager test road it with me he felt the vibration and was honest and said a balance was not going to do it because of the type of vibration. He checked the tire and found they were feathered due to the aligment (which was the way I was sold the car)

I went back and mention this to my service manager He yelled and said this was BS and said they never test road it, (even though I was in the car with the guy in weston) he apologiesed of course when he test road it he didn't find anything wrong. Techically I feel they owe me new tires. I have the documentation from Weston.

Another probem I just noticed that Al Hendrickson could not find was at around 40 mph you hear a slight whine For that they didn't test ride the car. All I want to know is if this is normal or not. if not fix it. The way I feel about Al Hendrickson is I feel that since I come back for legit problems a lot I feel they just want to brush me off. I don't feel taken seriously at this dealership. I'm a computer tech myself, no phone book ad, no store front, I just went in the hospital for an operation and I have people waiting for me until I get better. Why because I do a correct job and I care about the work I do. and I don't rip people off. I wish this dealership would follow my princaples.

I will go to another dealership for that whine but truth be told This has to be the worst dealership going. I've been really down since I brought the car. I never felt so ripped off and more so with a dealer that won't honor their mistakes. I'm sure another dealer would warretee the tires but Al hendrickson did the work.

I was almost went to buy a civic this past weekend and junk this car but I truly like the car It has the ride as the accord and the gas mileage of the civic I'm not even looking to take revenge and go though lemon law and all of that. all I want is dealership that has some old fashion values and give me what I deserve. I did buy a demo car at new price I feel it should be working correctly. If they messed up on the aligment before I brought the car why should I pay for there damage.

Anyway I will never shop at Al Hendrickson again. Even when I has issues and made calls to the owner they said they would get back at me and they don't So the ad that says Al Cares is BS!!!
