Alain merieux is the owner of the company Biomerieux,a criminal organization which threatens pregnant women.My history whith Alain merieuxs company is a long and painful one,I include Alain Merieux in this commentary because all the way through the situation i involved him and he chose not to act.

when his directors threatened myself and my wife that gangsters would enter our house(my wife was six months pregnant at this time)when his directors told my wife that her husband would  be attacked and that experts fron biomerieux were intercepting our personal e mails he was made aware and did nothing.in fact he did respond he told me to speak to the very directors who had made the threats in the first place.

when the police entered biomerieux after i was attacked and nearly killed(something his company had said would happen)he and his company chiose not to help the police with their enquiries and left my wife and i alone.

when my wife tried to end her life because of the long situation and consequences with Alain merieuxs company i wrote to him over 15 times personally,i was afraid a young mother might kill herself ,this man who makes his fortune through medical research could not look at my letters he was too busy writing christmas cards(this was told to me by his secretary Neguin Mossaz),,when he did find time to look he refused to help.

over the years this man Alain merieux has been up to date on all the situation which has destroyed my life,he has shown no honour and refused to act.

in 2008 his friend and vice president thierry bernard phoned me from the US and even spoke openly about the threats and spoke as if it was normal practise for Biomerieux(perhaps it is).

Alain Merieux is a wealthy man,a very small part of his companies wealth is from money stolen from my company by refusing to honour promises and contracts..

i have given Alain merieux 9 years to finish this situation and show his company has some honour it has not and neither does he and people need to know.

I have all the letters sent to Alain merieux over the years and proof of faxes sent..I will send them to anyone who wants to see them.

Company BIOMERIEUX thus did not hesitate to derogate from the contractual conditions of cancellation of the limited time contract. The cancellation of the contract should have been indeed effective at September 30, 2001, under penalty of renewal for new a twelve months period as from this date. INTIMIDATION OF THREATS AND L, INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE: At that time, taking into account these difficulties, of many meetings took place between Mr Mark HESLEHURST and Mr Jean-Claude RIVARD Directeur of Human Resources (BIOMERIEUX, PIERRE FABRE). Merieux Alain and Benoit Adelus have gives green light for the threats against my expectant mother and myself and for the blackmail. At the time of one of these meetings, Mr Jean-Claude RIVARD informed Mr Mark HESLEHURST of what Mr CHRISTIAN NOIZET close friend moreover of Mrs Florence GIRARD, , Directeur of Human Resources of Company BIOMERIEUX worked with criminals and who it was possible that its office and its dwelling are visited for purposes to find documents and evidence intended to be used within the framework of the procedure of dismissal of Mrs Florence GIRARD. This last specified with Mr Mark HESLEHURST that the husband and the friends of Mrs GIRARD were furious in his connection and that it could expect to be attacked. These declarations strongly worried Mr Mark HESLEHURST which informed of it with his wife and her associate, Mr David HOLMES.Son motor vehicle was damaged besides with twelve recoveries. Mr Mark HESLEHURST was physically attacked in May 2002 then again in 2004 and deposited felt sorry for near the gendarmerie of TASSIN the HALF the MOON (the Rhone). An investigation was diligente, leading to the hearing of the personnel and the former personnel of Company BIOMERIEUX. Besides Mr Mark CONSULTING HESLEHURST and Company ENGLISH take note of what Company BIOMERIEUX does not dispute the facts previously exposed. In the months which followed the departure of Mr Florence GIRARD, these same methods of collaboration perdures with replacing Mrs Florence GIRARD, Mrs Maryse BOUCLET. The conclusive ones have, concerning the above mentioned facts and in order to light the Court, makes notify a summation to communicate against bearing Company BIOMERIEUX on the following documents: - the resignation letter of Mrs BOUCLET, - the letter of dismissal for serious error of Mr THIERRY CHOULET. - three mails emanating of Mr Christian NOIZET, Mr Marc BARREL and Mr Alain GUIMAUX produced by Mrs Florence GIRARD within the framework of its conciliation board action. All had sexual relations with it, all lied for elle.BIOMERIEUX finally of paying it liceniement 90.000 euros for unjust. LIES OF BIOMERIEUX: Mr Blair SHEPARD attests besides that during the first meeting of October between company BIOMERIEUX and Mr Mark HESLEHURST, this last was very surprised to learn that it was going to have the exclusiveness in the formations languages for company BIOMERIEUX, which represented approximately 350 people in formation. Mr HESLEHURST was for that to work in lower part of the market price for a package deal. This condition was to be done over one year only like test. If the quality of the courses of proved good, the following year, Mark HESLEHURST could work with the market price. Throughout their years of collaboration, company BIOMERIEUX used the same strategy to obtain discriminatory and abusive tariff conditions consisting with: To threaten to denounce the contract, while knowing pertinently that it or it was under its economic dependence taking into account a share, consequent turnover carried out for its account compared to its total sales turnover, and in addition, of the investments carried out. The letter of dismissal which Company BIOMERIEUX addressed to Mrs Florence GIRARD on April 19, 2002 is on this point particularly eloquent, in what it indicates: You exerted pressures against the principal service provider in charge of teaching with English within the company, intended n the other hand to obtain sexual favours of its share of the respect of your engagements on the revalorization of its fees. Following its refusal, you tried to cause the rupture of its collaboration with the company while calling into question the quality of its service without however informing your hierarchy of it. Taking into account the gravity of this information, we took the care scrupulously to check the facts which were reported to us. 16 The elements which we joined together confirm their reality unfortunately. Your abusive behavior generated work conditions hard to bear for your team, the important dysfunctions in the service formation and carried seriously reached to the image and the reputation of BIOMERIEUX. The gravity of the facts which reproached you would justify the immediate rupture of your work contract. Nevertheless, to allow you to find an employment under satisfactory conditions, we grant a right to notice and a dismissal indemnity to you (Part n128). This letter of dismissal confirms the abusive discriminatory practices and, and the financial and moral pressure whose Mr Mark HESLEHURST was victim as well before as subsequently to the dismissal of Mrs Florence GIRARD. For proof, various letters addressed to its attention by Mr Mark HESLEHURST. L,ABUS SEXUEL :Pour parvenir ces fins, Madame Florence GIRARD na au surplus pas hsit de nombreuses reprises et avec une particulire insistante, faire des propositions indcentes et dplaces Mark HESLEHURST.

Aprs plus de deux annes de pratiques discriminatoires et abusives, et de pression financire et moral imposes Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST, les dirigeants de la Socit BIOMERIEUX GROUPE BIOMERIEUX PIERRE FABRE, informs en interne de cette situation, ont procd en avril 2002 au licenciement brutal de Madame GIRARD.

CONTRATS ROMPUS :Cinq mois et demi aprs la signature du contrat prcit, la Socit BIOMERIEUX a subitement, suivant courrier recommand avec accus de rception du 31 mai 2001, dnonc le contrat prcit dans les termes suivants :

 Nous vous informons par la prsente de notre intention de ne pas renouveler cette convention lexpiration de la priode en cours. Par consquent nous vous prions de bien vouloir considrer qu compter de fin dcembre 2001 nos deux socits ne seront plus lies par ce contrat .   

                  La socit BIOMERIEUX na ainsi pas hsit droger aux conditions contractuelles de rsiliation du contrat dure dtermine. La rsiliation du contrat aurait d tre en effet effective au 30 septembre 2001, sous peine de reconduction pour une nouvelle priode de douze mois compter de cette date.

INTIMIDATION DE MENACES ET L,ESPIONNAGE INDUSTRIEL :A cette poque, compte tenu de ces difficults, de nombreuses runions ont eu lieu entre Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST et Monsieur Jean-Claude RIVARD Directeur des Ressources Humaines (BIOMERIEUX, PIERRE FABRE).Alain merieux et Benoit Adelus a donne feu vert pour les menaces contre ma femme enceinte et moi-mme et pour le chantage.

A loccasion de lune de ces runions, Monsieur Jean-Claude RIVARD a inform Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST de ce que Monsieur CHRISTIAN NOIZET ami intime au demeurant de Madame Florence GIRARD,   , Directeur des Ressources Humaines de la Socit BIOMERIEUX travaillait avec des  criminels  et quil tait possible que son bureau et son habitation soient visits aux fins de trouver des documents et preuves destins tre utiliss dans le cadre de la procdure de licenciement de Madame Florence GIRARD.

Ce dernier a prcis Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST que le mari et les amis de Madame GIRARD taient furieux son gard et quil pouvait sattendre tre agress. Ces dclarations ont fortement inquit Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST qui en a fait part son pouse et son associ, Monsieur David HOLMES.Son vhicule automobile a dailleurs t endommag douze reprises.

Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST a t physiquement agress en mai 2002 puis nouveau en 2004 et a dpos plainte auprs de la gendarmerie de TASSIN LA DEMI LUNE (Rhne).Une enqute a t diligente, conduisant laudition du personnel et de lancien personnel de la Socit BIOMERIEUX.

Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST et son pouse ont, en outre, fait lobjet de diverses menaces tlphoniques anonymes, leur conseillant fortement de stopper toute procdure judiciaire contre la Socit BIOMERIEUX.

Enfin, dans le mme esprit, Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST a t inform par BIOMERIEUX ,expert informaticien THIERRY CHOULET de la Socit BIOMERIEUX aurait, son insu, dtourn des informations contenues dans son ordinateur, raisons pour lesquelles il aurait t licenci pour faute grave par la Socit BIOMERIEUX.

Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST et la Socit ENGLISH CONSULTANTS prennent dailleurs acte de ce que la Socit BIOMERIEUX ne conteste pas les faits prcdemment exposs.

Dans les mois qui ont suivi le dpart de Monsieur Florence GIRARD, ces mmes mthodes de collaboration ont perdures avec la remplaante de Madame Florence GIRARD, Madame Maryse BOUCLET.

Les concluants ont, concernant les faits prcits et afin dclairer la Cour, fait notifier une sommation de communiquer lencontre de la Socit BIOMERIEUX portant sur les documents suivants :

- la lettre de dmission de Madame BOUCLET,

- la lettre de licenciement pour faute grave de Monsieur THIERRY CHOULET.

  - les trois courriers manant de Monsieur Christian NOIZET , de Monsieur Marc BARREL et de Monsieur Alain GUIMAUX  produits par Madame Florence GIRARD dans le cadre de son action prudhomale.Tous avaient des rapports sexuels avec elle,tous ont menti pour elle.BIOMERIEUX finalement du payer elle 90.000 euros pour liceniement injuste .

LES MENSONGES DE BIOMERIEUX :Monsieur Blair SHEPARD atteste dailleurs quau cours de la premire runion doctobre  entre la socit BIOMERIEUX et Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST, ce dernier  a t trs surpris dapprendre quil allait avoir lexclusivit des formations langues pour la socit BIOMERIEUX, ce qui reprsentait environ 350 personnes en formation. Monsieur HESLEHURST devait pour cela travailler en dessous du prix du march pour un contrat global. Cette condition devait se faire sur une anne seulement comme test. Si la qualit des cours davrait bonne, lanne suivante, Mark HESLEHURST pouvait travailler au prix du march. 

Nonobstant cet accord initial, ds Fvrier 2000, la socit BIOMERIEUX a d abaiss le tarif horaire 180.00 Frs Hors taxes pour les formations en langue anglaise, soit un montant non seulement trs en dessous du march mais

En septembre 2000, Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST avait cependant convenu avec la socit BIOMERIEUX que les tarifs pour la formation 2001 seraient rviss et adapts au prix du march.

 

Alors mme que le programme avait alors dbut depuis cinq semaines, la Socit BIOMERIEUX, reprsente par Madame Florence GIRARD, responsable des formations, est revenue sur son accord et a fix 200 Francs de lheure Hors Taxes le cot des prestations de Monsieur HESLEHURST.

Parfaitement consciente du fait que 70 % du chiffre daffaires de Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST tait ralis avec elle, la socit BIOMERIEUX  tait ainsi en mesure dutiliser un moyen de pression considrable sur ce dernier jusqu en abuser.Tout au long de leurs annes de collaboration, la socit BIOMERIEUX a utilis la mme stratgie pour obtenir des conditions tarifaires discriminatoires et abusives consistant  :Menacer de dnoncer le contrat, tout en sachant pertinemment quil ou elle se trouvait sous sa dpendance conomique compte tenu dune part, du chiffre daffaires consquent ralis pour son compte par rapport son chiffre daffaire global, et dautre part, des investissements raliss.     

 

La lettre de licenciement que la Socit BIOMERIEUX a adresse Madame Florence GIRARD le 19 avril 2002 est sur ce point particulirement loquente, en ce quelle indique :

  Vous avez exerc des pressions lencontre du principal prestataire de service charg de lenseignement de langlais au sein de lentreprise, destines obtenir des faveurs sexuelles de sa part en contrepartie du respect de vos engagements sur la revalorisation de ses honoraires.

Suite son refus, vous avez tent de provoquer la rupture de sa collaboration avec lentreprise en remettant en cause la qualit de sa prestation sans toutefois en informer votre hirarchie.

Compte tenu de la gravit de ces informations, nous avons pris le soin de vrifier scrupuleusement les faits qui nous ont t rapports.

16    Les lments que nous avons runis confirment malheureusement leur ralit.

Votre comportement abusif a gnr des conditions de travail difficilement supportables pour votre quipe, les dysfonctionnements importants dans le service formation et a port gravement atteinte limage et la rputation de BIOMERIEUX.

La gravit des faits qui vous ont reprochs justifierait la rupture immdiate de votre contrat de travail. Nanmoins, pour vous permettre de retrouver un emploi dans des conditions satisfaisantes, nous vous accordons un droit pravis et une indemnit de licenciement 

(Pice n128).

Cette lettre de licenciement confirme les pratiques discriminatoires et abusives, et la pression financire et morale dont Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST a t victime aussi bien antrieurement que postrieurement au licenciement de Madame Florence GIRARD.

Pour preuve, les diverses lettres adresses son attention par Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST.

A titre dexemple, Monsieur Christian  NOIZET ami intime au demeurant de Madame Florence GIRARD),   tait ds    rendu destinataire des devis revus la baisse, sur demande de la Socit BIOMERIEUX, par Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST.Les reprsentants de la Socit BIOMERIEUX, notamment Monsieur Benoit ADELUS (Directeur Gnral), Monsieur BARRAL (Responsable Service Achat,  ami intime au demeurant de Madame Florence GIRARD), Monsieur Jean-Claude RIVARD (Directeur DRH), Madame Frdrique SAINT OLIVE      (Directrice de la Communication)  etc en taient parfaitement informs.

 la Socit BIOMERIEUX ne peut, dans le mme esprit, prtendre quelle aurait, ensuite du dpart de  Madame GIRARD,  trs rapidement pris les mesures ncessaires pour mettre fin ces difficults, dune part en donnant leur accord sur une partie de la rvaluation tarifaire demande par Monsieur HESLEHURST  .

Cette affirmation est totalement mensongre.

Aucune augmentation na t accorde, au cours de lanne 2002, par la Socit BIOMERIEUX, ainsi quen atteste la production des factures.

 

Ces pratiques abusives nont en aucun cas cess ensuite du licenciement de Madame Florence GIRARD.Bien au contraire, elles ont perdur.

La Socit BIOMERIEUX a finalement produit aux dbats en pice adverse n26, un courrier quelle a adress le 19 avril 2002 Madame Maryse BOUCLET qui ne correspond cependant pas la lettre adresse.

 Ce document est donc manifestement sujet discussion et est de ce fait dpourvu de toute force probante.

Enfin, il convient dobserver que la Socit BIOMERIEUX sest refuse de produire aux dbats les trois courriers manant de Monsieur NOIZET ami intime au demeurant de Madame Florence GIRARD),, de Monsieur BARREL ami intime au demeurant de Madame Florence GIRARD), et de Monsieur GRIMAUX ami intime au demeurant de Madame Florence GIRARD),  qui ont t verss aux dbats par Madame Florence GIRARD .

.LE CHANTAGE ENCORE :Nonobstant cette lettre de rsiliation, une runion a t organise le 24 octobre 2003 entre Monsieur David HOLMES, grant associ de la Socit ENGLISH CONSULTANTS, Madame BOUCLET de BIOMERIEUX pour prvoir les modalits de renouvellement du contrat, bien entendu, sous certaines conditions tarifaires.

 

Monsieur David HOLMES atteste que :

 

         le 24 octobre 2003, cette runion non planifie ma surpris et ma premire           dclaration a t de dire que je navais pas compris la raison de mon

runion avec Madame BOUCLET, qui parlait de la formation 2004, alors que jtais au courant que notre contrat se terminait.

       A ce point, Madame Miny ARDUIN a dclar : ce contrat est termin mais nous         souhaitons rengocier pour 2004. Il y a eu un malentendu avec cette lettre que           vous avez reue et ce qui aurait d tre fait par le dpartement juridique.      Plus loin, elle dclarait quils ne pouvaient pas rengocier tant quun litige tait en place et que pour continuer        Monsieur HESLEHURST devait faire des   concessions ou arrter. Quand jai questionn Madame Miny ARDUIN, elle       a dclar que concession signifiait compromis. Cest mon opinion que cette tactique, non professionnelle, tait dirige sur ma personne pour me mettre la pression, et indirectement sur Monsieur HESLEHURST pour arrter toute action lgale et moffrir en tant que manager dENGLISH CONSULTANTS lopportunit de travailler avec BIOMERIEUX en 2004

 

 Les factures mises par Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST ont t rvises unilatralement la baisse lors de leur paiement par la socit BIOMERIEUX :

 

La Socit BIOMERIEUX a en outre fait preuve dune particulire dloyaut dans le cadre de lexcution des obligations contractuelles.

 

Rgulirement, la Socit BIOMERIEUX a refus de rgler les factures mises par Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST alors mme que les prestations taient effectues.

 

La Socit BIOMERIEUX na pas hsit rduire unilatralement le montant des factures en rglant des montants infrieurs ceux facturs et a sollicit par voie de consquence lmission davoirs correspondants lcart impay.

Ces frais de dplacement ntant en effet pas inclus dans le taux horaire factur la Socit BIOMERIEUX.

e/ La socit BIOMERIEUX a impos certaines prestations Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST sans contrepartie financire.

 

Plus de deux cent salaris ont t audits par Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST alors mme quils nont pas, par la suite, suivi de formation.

La facturation de ces audits a t refuse par la Socit BIOMERIEUX, alors mme quelle tait contractuellement prvue pour les annes 1999 2002.

 

 Il a galement t sollicit en 2001 avec Monsieur David HOLMES pour effectuer une prsentation de son entreprise personnelle auprs du comit dentreprise de la Socit BIOMERIEUX et des syndicats.

En 2000 et 2001, plusieurs traductions ou corrections professionnelles ont t ralises par Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST sans quil nait jamais pu en tre rgles par la Socit BIOMERIEUX.

 

Afin de mieux apprhender les conditions structurelles, sociales et financires dans lesquelles Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST se trouvait avant et juste aprs le commencement de ses relations avec la Socit BIOMERIEUX, la comparaison sommaire ci-aprs expose est particulirement loquente :

La Socit BIOMERIEUX a effectivement insr au sein des contrats une clause intitule  Bonus Malus  ainsi rdige :

   Des pnalits seront ngocies par BIOMERIEUX SA lencontre dENGLISH CONSULTANTS dans les cas suivants : absence dun formateur, 2 % par semaine dabsence limit 10 % du montant de la facture attendue pour la prestation errone. En cas daccident ou de maladie, ENGLISH CONSULTANTS sengage remplacer le consultant en 48 heures .

Elle est incontestablement abusive.

Le incident connu concerne Monsieur SATHERTHWAITE, consultant, victime dun malaise.

Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST a d, en effet, enjoindre Monsieur SATHERTHWAITE malgr le fait quil tait malade, de se rendre chez BIOMERIEUX pour assurer les cours dont il tait responsable et ce, afin dviter que des pnalits ne lui soient imposes au regard de cette clause  bonus malus .

Monsieur SATHERWAITS na cependant pu assurer le cours prvu et sest retrouv linfirmerie de la Socit BIOMERIEUX.

 

Madame Nadine BERNIER, assistance de formation au sein de la Socit BIOMERIEUX, sous la responsabilit de Madame Florence GIRARD, atteste dailleurs.

 avoir travaill comme assistante de formation chez BIOMERIEUX du 1er avril 1999 au 13 janvier 2001, sous la responsabilit hirarchique de Madame Florence GIRARD. A ce titre et durant cette priode, ja mis en place de faon oprationnelle le partenariat de formation langlais entre BIOMERIEUX et la Socit ENGLISH CONSULTANTS avec Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST. Je lai ctoy quasi quotidiennement pendant cette priode et JAMAIS Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST navait le moindre comportement dplac, JAMAIS eu le moindre cart

de langage ni fait la moindre plaisanterie douteuse envers moi comme envers aucun membre de lquipe formation exclusivement fminine.

Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST a toujours fait preuve de professionnalisme, de patience, de rserve et a toujours privilgi la qualit de sa prestation de formation dispense aux stagiaires dont les valuations ont toujours t trs bonnes. Par contre, Madame Florence GIRARD, plus proccupe par son pouvoir de sduction sur les hommes me parlait frquemment de ses djeuners extrieurs avec des hommes travaillant chez BIOMERIEUX qui lamenaient rentrer aprs 14 heures au Bureau.

Je tiens attester de la bonne moralit de Monsieur Mark HESLEHURST et de sa plus absolue correction tant personnelle que professionnelle .

I am not surprised in these reports against Biomerieux and alain merieux.

Both biomerieux and Alain merieux have very bad reputations in lyon france.There are many questions concerning Alain merieux and money he has given to political parties and what he got back in return.there are also questions concerning the money he paid to criminals who took his son.

Biomerieux have infringed many times the law in france and in the US,especially with the FDA,i would encourage employees in france and the US to use this media TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT BIOMERIEUX.

Have you experienced racism,injustice,do you know about dubious biomerieux practises.

It seems the talents of biomerieux heirachy lie in sexual conquest do you have information on this.

Let the world know were the skeletons are hidden

Biomeieux drove a young girl to commit suicide in its lyon office ! do you have information on this.

why do i hate this company,,aks the management in Missouri.

Alain merieux is the godfather of lyon and all of the people are afraid to speak against him.he is one of the worlds richest men,why does he have to steal marks money and destroy his company.

Alain merieux has a very bad reputation in the Rhone alpes.

He is a coward who when offered a simple letter from mark and dominique asking for help gave it to his lawyers to attack them

alain merieux received letters after the attempted suicide of dominique he refused even to respond,he was happy to leave a young french mother in danger and for her to die.He does not value life ,he values money only....

this gangster company biomerieux inc deserve not to stay in business.

80% of biomerieux is outside france,this means they are vunerable,i ask everyone to circulate these reports and put biomerieux out of business..

Biomerieux tried to blackmail mark with their partners PIERRE FABRE in caste.sending mark letters to cancell his contract to put pressure on him,pierre fabre have been contacted but are afraid of biomerieux and so did not respond ,the letter from biomerieux pierre fabre will be added soon,i ask people not to work with pierre fabre a company that condones blackmail,,

I have written numerous times to Biomerieux ,to Alain Merieux and to his team in particular Stephane Bancel,Thierry bernard,Alexandre merieux  and jean le dain,asking them all for help to  protect my family after all the years of abuse and threats from the company Biomerieux.I will attach letters each day to demonstrate this,please note i have all the originals and fax sent receipts.......

e mail sent to Alain merieux...march 2008=it seems there is no justice in france,you and your comopany have destroyed my life and taken a son fron his father,,,

e mail Alain merieux march 2008= ....I contacted you on a personal level because i wanted to show you how i lost my company,not because i am a bad manager....because i refused to sleep with one of your directors....my wife was six months pregnant when we were told that criminals were going to come into our house..she was so nervous....she contemplated suicide.....

.( SEE FROM THE ABOVE E MAIL SENT IN MARCH 2008 ALAIN MERIEUX WAS WARNED HIS COMPANIES THREATS HAD MADE MY WIFE SUICIDAL,,HE REFUSED TO HELP,IT WAS JANUARY 2009 DOMINIQUE TRIED TO END HER LIFE,,AND YET ALAIN MERIEUX DID NOT CARE SHE COULD BE DEAD NOW AND HE AND HIS COMPANY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE.)

i WILL COPY MORE COMMUNICATIONS TOMORROW!!THE PHOTO ATTACHED WAS TAKEN 2 DAYS AFTER DOMINIQUE TRIED TO END HER LIFE ,SOMETHING ALAIN MERIEUX COULD HAVE HELPED US AVOID.
