Aleko Gates aleko products Ordered and paid for parts not received. 3 months. Kent washington

Ordered 2 complete gate closer kits beginning July 2018 and was shorted some parts.

I needed 2 keypads, with this order, to make our Gates close and open.

"Kit" means you pay a little more and get remote keypads and electric eyes WITH the closers and hardware, no kit means you just get the closers and hardware. I only got 1 keypad and electric eye.

Sent several emails through their website with no response. Thinking their site link broken I called...No one will answer. I tried several times to go through the "call waiting process".Waiting for 40 some minutes one time before the call was dropped.

Eventually someone answered an email and said that if I would just send them the part #s I need they could help. Even though I had sent all the numbers and requested the parts I needed by number, she must have missed that part of my letter.

So I sent a new email with ALL the info I have in BOLD CAPS along with a request that she read my letter in full. MANY days later she replied that she would need some pictures... mind you it is now the end of September.

We get parts from all over the world! Sweeden, Australia.. NO ONE has ever accused us of stealing before! Usually a simple informative email and any discrepency is corrected immediatly.

Ive sent all that and am at wits end.. As I see it I have wasted 1000 bucks and I'm having another gate built that will need 2 more closers. I will have 2 gates and 4 gate closers before I finish this project. I'm still looking for a reputibal company for our needs!

What can be done when a company will no longer speak to you?

I have been looking at some reviews of this company online, and on this website. I am afraid I have been scammed and will have to start this project all over again. Three months wasted.
