Alexander, Greep & Tate Insurance, KS Insurance Group, Ron Green I ordered insurance through this agent, Ron Green, he did NOT put me in the policy that he said that he did and then when I had a claim, he out right lied and said that he we discussed what the policy covered! BEWARE OF THIS LYING INS. AGENT! His actions cost me $20k! Fort Lauderdale Florida

Ron Green is an insurance agent at Alexander, Greep & Tate Insurance company.  They find insurance for home and business owners for property coverage.  I called and emailed Ron Green and specifically asked him to put a policy in place for my office that included water and fire.  He put me in a policy and told me that I had what I asked him for and I paid for same.  

Before I recieved the policy declarations page, I had a pipe burst in my office over the weekend and had a considerable amount of damage.  When I called Ron Green to have him start the process to open an insurance claim, he then informed me that he put me in a policy that didn't include water.  I could not believe my ears!

When I questioned why he did that when I was very specific about my needs, he out right lied and said that he had told me that the policy didn't include water.  He knows and I know that was not true!  He was simply trying to cover himself in front of his boss!

As a result of this bold face liar!  I was not covered for $20,000.00 in damages!  Do not use this man or company for your insurance!
