Let me start off by saying that the way she makes you take photos (by kneeling) is weird. It makes you feel even more uncomfortable than if you were standing. The worst part is that she charges you and does not give you back your stuff when promised! She took a long time to give me my photos and did not do so until I contacted her. I then sent her back the photos I wanted retouched that I PAID for since they were included in the package. I also paid extra for 3 additional photos I wanted retouched. She said I'd have them within a week and after emailing her, she took 3 weeks and still never sent me anything. When I contacted her again, she was on vacation in Mexico knowing she still did not have my pictures ready. She then tried to say it was mu fault for not putting in the Jpeg number. She is extremely unprofessional! She has made me waste time and money trying to chase her down for my pictures. I have lost out on being sent to auditions and possibly booking stuff and making money. Do not waste your time and money!!! There are much better photographers out there!
