Alfredo Bilducia Jr, Brasil Art, Alfredo Art. Scam Artist, Did not provide a drawing which was paid for in advance, took money and ran Phoenix Arizona

On Septemer 27 2013 I paid Alfredo Bilducia the artist of Brasil Art / Alfredo Art / Art_Bras_Ink $100 upfront for a drawing that he agreed to have complete in 1 month. 8 months later (May of 2014) it is still not finished and Alfredo Bilducia stopped answering messages and taking calls regarding this drawing. Completely ignoring all attempted forms of contact including voicemail, phone calls, facebook, and text messages.

For someone who is trying to build up his name as a tattoo artist, lying and scamming people out of money is not a good start. I would not trust Alfredo Bilducia with my tattoo or money as this is not the first time he has lied to someone paying for his tattoo/drawing services.

Alfredo Bilducia advertises free touch-ups on all tattoos done by him. He did not follow through on his offer for at least one customer that I am aware of. This same customer who did not receive the free touch-ups offered by Alfredo, received a tattoo in which two(2) Right hand bear paw prints (supposed to be left and right paw prints) we're tattooed on his chest. Alfredo did not even realize this mistake until after the tattoo was finished.

Be extremely careful dealing with this individual as it seems he does not care who he steals money from, and it is not his problem if his customers are unhappy about the tattoo work he does. He is trying to build his reputation by Lying to and stealing from the very people who can help spread his name by word of mouth, if he would only do the right thing. What Alfredo Bilducia shows in character is not only Cowardice, but, lack of respect for others, and greed.
