AligityVan Lines Michael This mover first overcharged from quote. then hired subcontractors.then delivered part of my furniture and belongings.the rest is sitting in Florida since july 20.All paid in full.I am tired of waiting for them to deliver the rest of my stuff when this was their carelessness.They give me no date for delivery.I need my bed .my cooking ware meds! My complaint against Agility Van lines is ,The fact I paid 3 times more than my orginal quote.

And that they were supposed to be only Agility drivers and movers doing all moving and driveing.

When they came to deliver my things from Florida to  Ohio they had a independant contractor. The moving truck that pulled up said * mile moving had 3 witness to this and whole block of people. I had to pay the other $1500 dollars before he would even open the truck.Wwll they proceded to unload The driver Named tony said he was not employed by Agility but a independent they use. Theey did not assemble one thing as they were supposed to. I then noticed that some of big pieces were missing like my king size bed and A pie safe and dry sink and golf cabinate.I called dispatcher named Shane then he said it was all missing. Then he called me back and said it was in their warehouse and would be delivered the following week.

The drivers then left. I then noticed as i was unpacking that many boxs were missing I called them back to notify them of missing cookware dishes ,glasses silverware meds. and some personal effects. He said they found them and would ship the next week with rest of stuff.

Well that has been since July 24 and I am still waiting. Every time I call i keep getting a different story no truck heading this wat twice theys said my stuff was on a truck not so I called today The lady Ellie said it could be weeks for this to get here!. I paid over $4000 for this in full! my stuff and bed  I need . Julia  East Palestine , Ohio I also paid some with credit card and bank check and cash!
