All About Floors Bought Flooring, had it install then owner went crazy and hit person with car. Florence, Kentucky

STAY AWAY< CRAZY OWNER HIT MY MOTHER WITH VAN, Bought a sheet of vinyl from All About Floors at the first part of Feb 2012, size about 13 by 18 feet. I was going to do install myself, but decided it needed professionals, I called All About Floors for a price, since I had bought it there and had a good experience. They quoted a great price. Then the problems started. They said they would be out on a Thursday morning to make a template of room and return that afternoon to install. We got a call from the that morning asking about a space to layout floor, we had none available and told them they had told us they were taking to their shop, they said ok.

Continued to call all day due to no one coming down to do template got the run around. Finally I called approx 4:30pm and they said they would be their shortly. The arrived and said they were going to template then install next day, not what the agreement was but I was unable to get the boss to get them to do it so oh well. They arrived the next morning to install everything went fine, when they were done I was gone and they came to speak with my mother, the install was done at our family business. She knows nothing about flooring and asked about the gaps around the edges if they were to big, they were laying floor only I was doing the trim. She got no answer and when she turned aroung they had walked out the door and got in their truck, not paid yet.

Also with my extra vinyl pieces that I needed for another job, it was already paid for. She tried to stop them to ask them what the problem was, the driver also part owner of the company became irate for no reason and began cursing. He then said to move or he would run them over, he moved the van hitting my mother and sister with the van, not hard and there were no injuries but he hit them none the less. A call to the other owner was answered with more cursing and racial comments. We stopped payment on the vinyl and the sheriff told us to press charges for wanton endangerment which we are in the process of doing. Sad part is they had to just answer her questions and get paid, they did a good job with the floor but for some reason he went crazy.
