All About Garagedoors & more, LLC Robert Gatch Rip Off! Lied about instalation date and hidden costs and then refused to refund my down payment! Ladson, South Carolina

I contacted "All About GarageDoors and More, LLC" on 11/22/10 and told them I wanted a carport over my deck for my children to have a covered place to play. Mr Robert Gatch came out and looked at the location, and described the process to me. We agreed on a price for the unit from "Carolina Carports, Inc", signed the contract and I gave him a down payment of $79.50 cash. I was told that someone would call me in a week or two to set up the installation. A month later I called back to see why I wasn't called and Mr Gatch told me he had the wrong phone number, even though the correct number was on my copy of the contrtact. A couple weeks later someone called from Carolina Carports and said they would be out in two weeks. A week later they called back and said they had problems at the warehouse and would not be out for a month. They called back in 3 weeks and set up a date for the install. A few days later they called again and said they needed $200.00 more and I had to go and pull the permit for the workers. I told them that this was no way to do business and to cancel the order. I went back to Mr Robert Gatch at All About GarageDoors & More, LLC in Ladson, SC on Februarty 14th to get my deposit back and was rudely told that he didn't have to refund my money. These people are RIP OFFS! Do Not do business with them.
