 I am on a limited income and do not understand alot of things. I was approached by a Vicky at the All American Appliance Store to purchase a warranty plan back in November 2011, she explained that it would pick-up about 99.9% for the cost on my Whirlpool washer and dryer.  I explain that time were tough, and I really did not have the funds.. So long and behold I have a warranty.

After about three months the washer started acting up. So I called American Appliance Store they told me that the warranty did not cover the parts I needed. I had to pay out of pocket (cash) to have my washer fixed. May 2012 my machine is broke and the warranty will not work and they want cash to fix it. I would recommend to people to stay away from this company.
