All Dreams Vacations VGC Corporation of America is a FRAUD and targeted to MINORITIES--SCAM and RIPOFF--IMPOSTER--FAKE!!! Miami, Florida

 

On January 2011, I was listening to a Spanish Radio Station broadcast in NYC El Amor 93.1 FM.  The broadcast conducted a contest to name one of Shakira's descendant country.  Since I am a fan, I called right away and apparently was the winner; to find out later that I was a victim of a rip-off.  They described the vacation package so inclusive, and how I was so lucky to be the winner.  I was hesitant but at the same time felt especial. I felt for it, even though I asked to view any documentation prior to purchase (giving Credit Card information) and was declined. The all dreams vacation representative told me that I need it to proceed because it was the opportunity of a lifetime. I was really excited for being a winner (that never happened to me) plus I was going through a horrible abandonment issue and felt for it.  I explained to this person that I wasnt convince about this and was going to decline and this person gave me an email with the companys web link and I went for it and then she told me that I will receive package in the mail.  I was disturbed because I thought it was going to be via email.  It went back and forth arguing with a manager that I wanted to cancel and they told me I couldnt.  They put a brainwasher on the phone to calmed me down and eventually he won.

On top of it, I purchased the security certification package in order for them to mail me the package right away and to be protected of any scan for additional of $79.99 The total package was $299.99 with a grand total of $379.98.  (which I have a receipt and package--to later know it was all a fraud).   I kept calling, and asked my credit card business representative if they can help me and they decline.  They referred me to do a consumer report and file a complaint report.  Every time I called the All Dreams Vacations telephone numbers, to make the reservations the numbers are disconnected and the website gives the famous "Error 404- website address not found". 
 
I am a traveler and a single woman who enjoy life and with integrity, and this is the first time this happened to me.  I felt violated and discriminated with such a scam.  It is excruciating and humiliating that others can fool innocent in such matter.  Innocent people are being mug and someone needs to ended. Such scams should not even be allowed in a radio station.  I occasionally listen to the Spanish radio broadcast, especially when I want to be in touch with my roots and instead of feeling better about it--I felt used and discriminated. 

I wish someone can do something about this matter. And if I can get my money back or so recompense for such disturbance.  It is absurd that things of this matter are even allow in the United States.  I went back to the radio station and they still allowing this people to do this SCAM why anyone is not doing anything about this.

Remember "It is fraud to conceal fraud" and "Justice is better when it prevents rather than punishes with severity.  I am also writing on behalf of those that can't complaint because they don't want to be discarded of their time.  I hope that this email will not be filed up or be gone with the wind but instead can be resolved.
