On Oct 26 we entered into a contract with Shane Signo to have our inground pool demolished along with removal of concrete in the back yard. Shane took 3200.00 from us to start the job.
He showed up at our home with a dump truck of dirt - he and his brother started moving the dirt with a wheel barrel an put it in our pool - they may have worked 45 mins, left the dirt and said they would return on Monday. They never returned and eventually we had to move the dirt ourselves because it was blocking our driveway.
I believe this is the same individuals that worked out of Dallas TX under the company name of J&S Handyman. I have attempted to contact them via email and text and no response. The only response I did receive was to contact them at specific email and they would get back to us - which they have not.
I've requested a refund, which I know that won't happen, and my only hope is to warn others of this individual and their scam.

Shane Signo is a scumbag thief and so is his "brother" or "uncle" or whatever he calls his fellow scumbag now. They ripped me off too. They are slimeball snakes who will mess with the wrong person one of these days and get exactly what they have coming to them. Liars, thieves, scumbag, basement dwelling, illiterate scum. The "brother" or "uncle" has been in jail several times. Look up his mugshots. They have stolen from many people all over the country. The "brother" or "uncle" goes by John, Frank, Hank and other bogus names. Shane Signo is a disgusting lizard criminal from the depths of the swamp.
