My Life’s Work — Personal Belongings  — was destroyed by “All My Sons Moving & Storage Company.”

• All of my lifelong collectable--once beautiful treasured items were thrown into my storage unit as if it were TRASH! NOW leaving what was once— whole item’s— into broken bits and pieces!   I simply could not believe the severity of damages that were caused by All My Sons Moving & Storage Company.
• My beautiful Baby Grand Piano— NOW doesn’t play anymore:
  • Piano still disassembled-pieces missing
  • Completely missing ALL of the Piano parts’ (Hardware needed to be reassembled).
  • The keyboard doesn’t play anymore— My piano is ruined!
  • Pedals not working!
  • The stereo attached to the Baby Grand Piano as broken— it doesn’t play! Missing ALL parts-unable to reassemble.
• All DISASSEMBLED furnisher items that were taken apart by All My Sons Moving Company were not attached to the furnisher and are now LOST!
  • Italian bedroom set Bed— Missing hardware parts-unable to reassemble.
  • Unable to reassemble canopy bed-frame—Now my mattress is directly on the on the FLOOR. Missing ALL parts-unable to reassemble.
  • Wood severely scratched, and damaged
  • Japanese keyaki wood lacquered dinning room table— Missing hardware parts-unable to reassemble.
  • Medal, steal, rod-iron, cement outdoor angels, eight chairs were stacked and stored on top of: Antique-oak seating chair, Stacking Sea-chest, Italian bedroom nightstands, Dresser mirror glass cracked, Large antique glass wall frame of treasured family photos, Fine Art Collection    —Broken wood at the top of the chair
  • All wood items were severely scratched, and damaged
• Sea chests (Funa-Dansu)—
  • Seashells missing, scratched, nicked and damaged.

• Buddha Sculpture (outdoor concrete) weighing about 250lb was found in my storage unit wrapped in a quilted shipping blanked— which belonged to All My Sons Moving Company— with the head of my treasured Buddha Sculpture item completing broken-off and missing! —Two days later, I found the head of my Buddha Sculpture in a suitcase wrapped at tucked away between my clothing items.
• Italian —Ethan Allen Twin Canopy Bedroom and Chest of drawers
  • Missing hardware parts-unable to reassemble bed frame.
  • Wood severely scratched, and damaged on both canopy & chest
  • Unable to open Chest of drawers
  • All wood items were severely scratched, and damaged
• 3–Televisions: 1TV the screen is damaged–TV2 not working miss parts TV3– Missing
• All of the following items have been severally damaged, scratch, dented or broken by the moving team of All My Sons Moving Company: One (1) Italian bedroom set, one 1 (1) Japanese keyaki wood lacquered dinning room table with eight chairs, (one) 1 antique-oak seating chair, one (1) sea chests (Funa-Dansu), (one) 1 antique-maple office desk, two (2) solid oak file cabinets, an outdoor Buddha Sculpture weighing about 250lb, approximately 30 boxes and miscellaneous items.

  The customer service I experience from Chad the office manager, the three (3) movers and the owner Mr. Palermo was blatantly false advertisement what All My Sons Moving & Storage Company delivered. To sum it all up— my experience was totally:
• Unacceptable behavior by a company in business.
• A devastating, traumatic and heart-wrenching experience.
• Price gouging, cheating, dishonest, mendacious, unscrupulous, hateful, sexist & I believe raciest act were used against me.

And I am holding the owner of All My Sons Moving & Storage Company and his entire company responsible for my ENTIRE LOSS:

• Personal Property TOTAL loss $70,000.00
• Punitive Damages: Maximum pay-out of what the law allows
• Loss of income –hours, approximately ten (10) hours x $250.00 per hour of professional time in the writing, researching, and development of this package of evidence to present my case. Total $2,500.00.
• Reimbursement of the money spent to hire an additional (NEW) moving company; “AAAINSTA-A-INC Moving & Storage Company.”
