When I first joined the program, they were not clear about the total amount of the program, how much would be deducted each month, when they would start taking out payments out of my checking account, and that once you joined the program and received the book and cd, that you could not return it, even if it was unopened (which was my case) or cancel the program. As soon as I saw the first unexpected charge in my checking account, I called them to get a return shipment number so I could return the merchandise and cancel the program, however, they refused to give me a number so I couldnt return it! Within 30 days, I began calling and emailing them to tell them I needed to cancel and wanted to return the merchandise unopened however, they refused and even were extremely rude on the phone! Even though I returned the merchandise back to them (without a return shipment number since they refused to give me one) and included a letter demanding that they immediately stop taking out money out of my checking account and refund me what they withdrew out of my account, no one contacted me and they never refunded me any of the $249.96 they took out of my checking account.
