All Web Leads InsuranceLeads.com New Insurance Agent, Watch Out! Internet

I used All Web Leads for life insurance and business benefits to help build my fledgling insurance business. I liked that I could set a budget and keep it at that. About a month after I had signed up, All Web Leads sent me an email that talks about their new premium service. This email, among the others that they sent me, talked more like an advertisement than anything else, so I am sure most customers ignore it. Instead, this was an email telling you that they were now going to be charging you 39 dollars for a service you never signed up for or agreed to.  For four months, they have been making unauthorized deductions from my account without any notification, except for one email months ago that reads like an advertisement. I called All Web Leads and received a very rude woman who told me off that I should have opted out of the service and that they sent me notification. How can you opt out of something when you never agreed to it in the first place? She told me that it was basically my fault, won't refund my money, and that she wouldn't even cancel my account. She then proceeded to hang up on me. This is borderline criminal and among the worst business practices I have ever seen before in my life.
