Allegiance Communication Worst Company to have cable, internet or phone with. Shawnee, Oklahoma

I have been having trouble with Allegiance Communications since July 28- Sept?? Allegiance does not care about your business. I have been trying to get my cable and internet fixed for over a month now.  They set up an appointment with a Service Tech one week out and then no one  does  shows up and you get to go through the process of calling them again, and letting them know that no one showed up and again they set up an appointment one week away and still no service tech shows up. 

They can't tell you between 8-12 or 1-5 so you have to sit home all day waiting for them to show up and then when they don't you have missed a day of work and your internet and cable are not fixed.

I have called and been on hold for 20-25 minutes before a customer repersentative finally answers the phone to tell you they can reschedule a service tech to come out one week away and between the hours of 8-5 with a tech never showing up.

I have been a loyal customer for 19 years and I still can't get my internet and cable to work. For all of August I had internet and cable for 10 days, the rest of the time I have spent waiting on a Tech to show up that never does.

They will not credit your account until the problem is solved, but if you miss a payment then they just shut off you cable and internet and won't send out a tech until a payment is made in full.

I have college courses online and I have to go to my friends house just to do them, because Allegiance Communication still has not gotten my cable and internet fixed yet and it is September 3.  They should not be allowed to run a company like this and should be make to close down and leave the Pottawatomie County.. Please don't get Allegiance Communication for your phone, cable or internet, or you will be filing a complaint like I am having to do.
