Alliance Midigation group Pacific Midigation group Mortgage modification ripoff....Rudy Sardina and Alliance Midigation AKA Pacific Midigation stole our Money Los angeles, California

We contacted Alliance Mitigation Group in late october. Rudy Sardina Contacted us and spoke to use and sent us all the necessary papers. We checked with the better bbb to see if there were any complaints about this company. We sent him 2800.00 dollars and a signed contract. He has never called us since. He did return on phone call in november. The contract from Alliance states that their Attorneys will work on your modification. We have only been in contact with some gal named Heidi that says she has been working on our modification (she apparently subcontracts with Rudy and alliance). She has now stopped returning our calls as well.

We have since found out that it is illegal for anyone to take money up front for a mortgage modification. We, like so many others were desperate to get help with the difficult modification process. We had been trying for two years on our own with Chase Mortgage and continued to be drug allong. We gave Rudy Sardina and Alliance Midigation all we had left. I only hope that this will help someone else not make the mistakes we made. We hope to find a way to stop these guys. Please do not send Alliance Midigation Group or Pacific Midigation Group or Rudy Sardina a dime!!
