Alliance Mitigation Group Eric, Kimberly, Nicole Took my money, held my hand until theyu got the final payment and provided nothing but lies Los Angeles, California

I was in need of a home loan modification, and had been contacted by Eric at AMG. We spoke and having worked with another company found their sales pitch to be accurate based on my previous successul modification with another online service.

I paid their fee in 3 installments, during these three months as I was making these payments, I was able to reach Eric as needed and his associated. I was told numerous times that there was no news and that it would take awhile.

After they received my final payment I was told once I was actually in foreclosure they could actively secure a modification. Calls to Eric, and my negotiator Nicole and customer service rep Kimberly were not taken or returned. They simply disappeared from the face of the earth. I had been told my forensic audit was completed but when I (an my attorny father) asked for the results they never were able to produce that report.

They are very beleiveable, until they get your money, then you no longer hear from them and you are not only out $2400 but facing legal foreclosure actions.

I was forced to hire an attorney once I was served with the foreclosure papers, the lawyers here locally got a forebareance plan within in 3 weeks. I and my attorney have requested my money back from AMG, but of course they do not return calls or emails.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

As a single mom, in dire straits, I was duped and face an scary unsure future, and no one at AMG could give a d**n, despite their BS.
