**Scam** Do not buy insurance from this company I paid $3,700.00 for a family cruise and purchased the Allianz travel insurance. We had to cancel the trip since my wife's gallbladder failed. I immediately called allianz and they said i was covered in full. After waiting three weeks for the payment i found out that they only covered me for 75% since i did not notify the cruise on the same day that i notified the insurance company. I notified the cruise three days later and for this reason they will not cover my other 25%. What a JOKE.

You paid them what for the Insurance? $300-$400. They reimbursed you how much? $2775.

Isn't the idea of a scam to make money? Because the fact is they paid you over $2000 more than you paid them.

If the terms of the insurance required you to inform the Cruise Line in a specific amount of time and you didn't, then that is on you unfortunately. At least be thankful not only your wife is okay(hopefully) but you got reimbursed for "most" of your cruise..instead of none of it.
