i tried using these 2 people for a home mortgage that i couldnt get thru the banks. they took a look at my financials for about a week, and then called me with good news that they could do it. i was excited and happy, and in that excitedness i didnt think twice about it. we signed an agreement, in which they slipped in a clause stating that they received brokerage payment beforehand and it was nonrefundable.

one week prior to closing i stopped getting communications from them. i called 20+ times and left at least 5 messages during that week... not a peep. they left me high and dry- not only was i out the money that i had already paid them, but i was also penalized for the real estate deal not closing. stay away from these scammers!!
