Complaints:

1: There is nothing free about the Free Trial.

In fact they charged my credit card $49.95 within two days of my order at which time

I had not even received the product. Also you have to pay to ship what is left of the

product in order to receive a (partial) refund. It cost me about $17 for the Free Trial;

$8.95 + their shipping and handling + my return shipping, etc.+ my time going to the Post Office + about an hour and a half on hold waiting for a customer service representative.

(According to their company profile they may have up to four employees).

2: They automatically enroll you in the Proleva Value Customer Program which simply

means they will ding your credit card for $49.95 every month until you call and cancel this service.

3: Deceptive website; when clicking on Free Trial button it takes you through a few screens which have little information to the order button, actually you have to scroll down to see the whole page (which is not obvious) and the Free Trial disclaimer.

They may have changed their website by now due to complaints.

4: On the web site they claimed that the product will reduce fatigue, give you more

energy and mental clarity. I used it for 13 of the 15 days and could not tell any

difference, for all I knew they might have been placebos.

Looking at the current web site I see that buried in the information it says that it

may take two months before you notice a difference. So basically it is going to cost

around $150 to find out if it will do you any good. Now I see that in addition to the

15 day trial they also have a 90 day trial.
