Allnewsports ripoff Newton Kansas

yes we got a bike from allnewsport it was the wrong color ,after 1yr. we finally settled for what we got, it was blue as for jeff forget it he would always lied about when the panels were to be shiped. the co.had to contact cal.they would be sent. they had to contact china they sent the wrong ones the only person that helped us out was sara when she said something it would happen

we still have a problem the battery we were told was a temp. we needed to purchase a new one we done so .it doesn't stay charged we called the co. they gave us a nunber for scotortronics near us they think it the regulater they said they could mail it out if we could replace it. i place a call to mike i have his cell no .still waitingfor his call back he is with scotortronics .as for the co.allnewsports calling you back you will wait for days or you have keep calling them all i can say is .if we knew what we know now we would not have acepted the del.of this bike, it over a yr .now still having problems.
