Allreseller TOS guaranteed refund not honoured Internet

I signed up with allreseller after reading their TOS which guaranteed a refund after 30 days if I was not happy. Well I was not happy with inferior service and support - 'Zac' and 'Nate' appear to be 'cyber kiddies' that send out rude responses and impersonate their customers on the Internet, including going around host review websites and rating themselves very highly, using the names (sometimes the full names) of their customers.

They first replied to my refund requests with accusing emails and then later turned to a 'begging' email, stating that they are a small family-owned web host and if I went to someone like BlueHost I would be helping them to make millions of dollars.

Their website states claims of how honest and great they are and their TOS guarantees a refund. In truth they are liars and they have never refunded me. Beware of allreseller!
