Allys financial Wallace Nissan Wallace Nissan & Allys con people into getting life insurance that refuses to payoff. They charge huge intrest and payments, but then give you the run around after the person dies! kingsport Tennessee

I have been getting harrassed by a car dealership in Kingsport Tnn.,  Wallace-Nissan, along with there finance company names ALLYS financial.  My best friend had financed a car through Wallace-Nissan auto dealership of kingsp. Tnn. about 3 years ago. My friend had also purchased life insurance through this dealership, the name is CARDIF life insurance,  out of FL. . My best friend was paying a large amount every month toward the car+life insurance paym. every month, $90 went towards just the life insurance each month, plus an aditional $270 towards the car payment alone each month. But then he became suddenly ill and passed away about a year and a half after purchasing this specific vehicle + life insurance plan.  A few days later we call Wallace-Nissan, to let them know about his passing. And to find out about the life insurance plan (I have all those copys of all the signed documents & agreements from the purchase of the insurance etc. ) Wallace Nissan acted like we were crazy! They acted as if they had no clue to what we were talking about when we mentioned life insurance policy!  Then we called ALLYS financial,  the original finaning company. ALLYS  more less acted the same way when we mentioned CARFIF life insurance!  Finally we got a hold of CARDIF life insurance,  they wanted death certificate,  medical release forms, etc., we signed everything and sent it to them, just like we done with his burial insurance.  Which the burial payed off no issues.  

A few months passed, we heard nothing at all from nobody,  we were still paying those car payment+ life insurance of $350 per mnth. , and it wasn't easy!  Still 4 mnths. later we heard nothing from nobody!  Finally I got a lawyer to mail them papers, demanding the insurance to pay off. CARDIF replys by saying they needed more time to process the information.  Then they demand once again the same info we already sent them months prior!  Once again, we sent the same info including another death certificate and signed another medical release form etc. ! Then barely 5-6 days later they come back  with another letter demanding us to continue life insurance payments while they needed more time to process there info. ! We had already been paying these car+ life insurance payments 4 mnths. after death! We could no longer afford these payments, so I stopped them after this last letter. I was making $200 payments on my own car, I lost over this whole mess with Wallace-Nissan, ALLYS, and CARDIF!  

So then they sent another letter stating they would not pay this car off, no reasons were given!  They've never offered our premiums back or nothing!  Now there harrassing us riding by the house etc. , wanting the car!  I have all documents stating they had to give us the premiums back if not payed off! Which they have no reason to not pay it off!  I've went over the policy papers very well,  there's no reason they should not have had to pay off the car, they are scam artists!  There's other complaints on this fake insurance company, there out of the middle east,  and there frauds!  I believe Wallace-Nissan and ALLYS are tied in together ripping people off!  I hope there investigated and put out of business !  I could understand them not paying off if he'd been missing payments or something, but he was never late paying anything,  ever!  They had no reason,  I guess that's why they didn't give any reason except they was refusing to payoff!  Please don't ever get mixed up with this fake company, they will bleed you dry!  Thanks for reading !
