here is the letter my ex deadbeat sent to me when he realized that some of his 401 k was sent to me :
"If you were at all interested in helping you will listen to this idea.
Currently all my bank accounts are frozen and are being handeled by the legal department.
I have no money, the money you recived was taken from my Retirement account.
Not only do I have no money, I am also about 20,000 in debt from credit cards, student loans and bank loans. This will probably make you smile but that number does not include child support arrears.
This message is to address the child suport arrears problem. It is haveing a very negative effect on my credit report and I am currently unable to secure employment due to this situation. If you would like to recieve funds in the future you can help by reducing the ammount owed.
This would be accomplished by sending yourself the money through the collection agency. take $1500 of the money that you got and send it 5 or 6 times. This will help me get work."
there are more letters he called me a thief and refused to pay ever ever again for our autistic son's living expenses.
he ran away with a Swiss miss that he met and introduced me to as a coworker. they are in Zurich meanwhile he quit his job where he made $75000./yr and is pretending that he got laid off and is in Queens ny somewhere...he is in Europe having a good time as reported by aquaintences that we have in common. meanwhile I am plunging into debt last week i had no food in my fridge { it is messed up when you make too much for anyone to help you , but not enough to pay the bills.}
Watch out for this con artist... he is tall dark and hansome but he will get your heart and your money. He is really smart so beware. ps I met him skating in central park at the CPDSA where he is the webmaster ...so watch out for some of these men who seem to have it all.

Alonzo Javier Jones JR ..his parents have not heard or seen from him since 2003. The alonzo Jones you found is his now deceased dad ..he now owes 146,000.00 in back child support for his autistic son . I guess he rather be exiled in Zurich than pay for his son to have a decent quality of life .

I came across this report back in 2003 shortly after you posted it. I was surprised to see it on file nearly 3 yrs later. In any event, I just happened to pick up the phone book to see if Alonzo Jones was listed here in Carney's Point, NJ at the address you listed. This is a June 2005 phone book and his name and number are listed.
You posted that you are from NY. Are you living in NY now or are you living in New Jersey. I'm not trying to confuse matters more or you may already have this situation resolved by now. I'm just wondering if he really ran off on an escapade to Zurich. That he may still be here in Carey's Point all along?
