• email received from alphapetsrelocator.com citing need to pay for $980 in pet insurance, of which $960 woudl be refunded after pet delivery
• emailed cardinal Bengals and they called me
• They assured me that they had used alphapetsrelocator to ship many times and this was new
• alphapetsrelocator never answers their phone. Automatically put on infinite hold
• Bengal cat seller and this site are part of the same fraud
• Seller hung up on me and has not answered email or phone calls

     After reviewing your pet(s) and confirming the address, Your pet(s) have been confirmed medically fit to travel.  It was also realized that your pet(s) lack the required travel insurance premium as per a regulation went into effect seven days ago. We will like to bring the following to your attention:-

Title 42 -- Pet(s) Health
Chapter I --Pet's Health Service, Department of Health for Pet's Service,

It states that "due to recent complaints and various shipment hazards involved with pets bellow 20 weeks old, all pet(s) traveling within the united states shall be needing an insurance premium covering all risk, these includes but not limited to health, life, stress, lost, death of pet(s) etc... This policy will be determined by each carrier and shall not exceed limits as set in place by applicable laws.

Insurance terms:
:- Pet's estimated Value: This refers to carriers estimated market value of your pet(s).
:- Reimbursement Policy: This refers to the total compensation that policy holder may claim for damages incurred during shipping. Except under exceptional circumstances as will be determined on a case by case bases, the reimbursement policy will not exceed 110% of pet's estimated value.
:- Policy Price: This refers to the amount payable by the policy holder to the carrier for the insuring policy of his/her pet(s).
Amount to be paid for the insurance: This refers to the amount that needs to be paid to cover for the insurance for your pet before it can board the plane and like we said its 98% refundable upon safe delivery of your pet(s). The amount is $980.00
:- Refund Policy (Generally 98% of Policy price): This refers to the amount that will be refunded by the carrier to the policy holder upon safe delivery of the pet(s). Upon safe delivery of pet(s), 98% of amount deposited shall be refunded to policy holder in cash (Default) or by any means via which policy holder will like to be reimbursed.
:- Processing Charges (Generally 2% of policy price): This refers to the amount that may be deducted by the carrier from the Policy price for processing the insurance policy.

FACTS ABOUT THE REFUNDABLE INSURANCE
=> It is 98% (Ninety eight percent) refundable along with your pet(s) upon safe delivery.
=> It applies only to pet(s) bellow 20 weeks of age
=> It used to be optional until made compulsory for all pet(s) seven days ago due to numerous complexities involved in the pet(s) shipping procedure.
=> Each pet is required to pay it just once in it's lifetime.

Attached to this email is an invoice on how to make the payment. Email us the tracking number once you make the payment.
