Alstate Flood Insurance Angle Brumfield Craft and all adjustors thathave handled my case, Glen Kimberlin,Glen Genkrick and they did not pay my claim . I am insured for 300,000 and they are only paying 9000 damages are 45,000 Mobile Alabama

I have a flood insurance policy written by Alstate insurance for which the are responsible to pay damages and theyhave not paid the damages to my claim. The hung up, changed adjustors, made excuses, used old  paperwork not filled out corrctly with incorrect information regartding my flood plane certificate which they ignored and only paid me 9000 for 46000 of damages. I have coverage for 200,000 and 300,000. The are lying and saying it is a basement on thie paperwork a rouse they used two yearss ago and did not get by with because they after months had to accept my elevation certificate which this time they are ignoring. And my policy coverage. They are not paying even half the damages. They have hung up, changed adustors, said they did not get papers faxed that went through and used every excuse not to pay. I am without coverabe for insurance I paid for for yearss with them.

After they honor this claim, I will go elsewhere. They have left me stranded with 40,000 dollars or repairs I cannot pay for and I just filed bankruptsy. if the flood had ocurred before I did that, I could have inclueded the amount in the bankruptsy. But then not contractor would have fixed it becauase they need to be paid first. Alstate is negligent and I qualify for insurance of they could not give me a policy and I qualify for full coverage. They are assinine and rude and negligent and try to get out of paying a legitimate claim.

DO NOT INSURE WITH ALLSTATE. THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR CLAIM.

THEY WILL CUT YOU OFF AND LIE TO YOU AND CUSS AT YOU AND SAY YOU DID NOT FAX PAPERS YOU DID. THEY TOTALLY LIED AND MISREPRESENTED FACTS.THE FACT IS MY POLICY STATES COVERATE THEY DENY. MY ELEVATIOON CERTIFICATE SHOWS INFORMATION THEY WILL NOT RECORD IN THIER RECORDS BUT LIE SAYINT MY FLOODED HOIUSE IS A BASEMENT WHEN IT IS NOT . i CORRECTED THEIR PAPERWORK WHICH THEY IGNORED. tHE HAVE THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE THEY ARE INGNORING. aND ME THIER CUSTOMER.

DO NOT INSURE WITH ALSTATE. they will not pay claims. they lie and hand up and are unprofessoional. you have no leverage over any insurance co. there is no recorce for the injustice. DO NOT INSURE WIHT ALSTATE IF YOU WNAT TO BE COVERED FOR WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

THE  CHEAT AND LIE AND TRY TO TRICK YOU INTO NOT BEING PAID AND TAKE MONTHS TO RESPOND THEY DON;T GIVE A d**n.  someone help me please get justice. I just filed bankruptsy and hav no home.
