altarpay ALTARPAY IS A CURRECY EXCHANGE stole my money Dhaka, Internet

i wished to transfer some money which was in my alertpay account, i went to altarpay because they work with all trusted sites such as liberty reserve,moneybookers,and alertpay,and when i was on the altarpay website i thought it was linked directly to alertpay as it went straight into alertpay with a click.i didnt need to go into alertpay separately.so i thought this was part of alertpay ,so i transfered the money,and never heard any more from altarpay.

i contacted them several times no answer.

i contacted alertpay who told me that i would be reimbursed my money, today i received an email from alertpay saying that they emailed me in error and i cannot have my money back

i cannot afford to lose this money
