Alw Sourcing, Pinnacle Credit Card, Jefferson Capital attempt to collect on a debt this is off my credit report Tampa florida

I fell on hard times like alot of had and have done everything to restore my credit. I could have filed bankrupty but did not do so. I paid everything on my credit report that was required to pay but items that were removed I did not pay. I was not able to get any credit for 7 years but I understood it would be a long haul to restore my credit. I was contacted by Jefferson capital to obtain a credit card and initially I thought it was a good idea but After I did some research on the internet in this site I found out that Jefferson capital preys on people with bad credit or people like me who are trying to resore their credit. There are over 100 reports on this site of what Jefferson capital is doing to consumers yet no one invertigates them? They are also known as pinnacle credit card dont be fooled by this company. This item has been removed from my credit report as of 8-2008 yet recently I have been conatected by Alw sourcing and I had no idea who it was. I reluntant to conact them since I knew all my current bills had been paid in full. When I contacted them I told them I owed no one and they got sarcastic on the phone and said they knew how this conservation would go. I asked which bill this was and they said it was pinnacle credit. I told them this was off my report and I have no intentions of paying this bill. Jefferson capital had threatened to sell my account to someone else which apparently they did. We need to unite and report these vendors who are victimizing us.
I have written them a letter which will go out on may 15 and telling them that I know what they are doing is illegal and that I intend to report them to the attorney general, better business bureau and ripoffreport.com for their activities.
