I won a vacation from what I thought was a reliable radio station, 92.3 now (NY radio station). I will not listen to them anymore!I made the $299 purchase on 12/17/16. I was told I had 30 days to cancel. I attempted to call multiple times but could not reach anyone. On Dec 16 at 9 am (Day 30 and my last possible day to cancel) I e-mailed them in a desperate attempt. I was advised to call XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called them and was told "the system was down, can you call back in a half hour". I called back and could not reach anyone. On Dec 17 I called back and received, what I consider, some of the worst customer service help I've ever encountered. I was interrupted and spoke over by the first telemarketer. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.

I was switched to Kennia who told me that I had to cancel on Dec 16, the latest. I explained the situation with the "system being down" and she said I should have sent an e-mail for proof. I explained to her that I did and she was completely caught off guard and asked me who I emailed. After giving her the information she told me I needed to cancel by January 15, not 16 because that was 30 days from December 17. I explained to her that *** 15 is 29 days not 30. She told me Dec 17 counts as day 1! This defy logic!! By that Logic - If I said, I'm moving in 2 days it would mean i'm moving tomorrow. Makes no sense! Also, there is nothing in my e-mails stating that Dec 17 counts as day 1. Just 30 days! Don't blatantly lie to customers, your theory would not hold up in court!

I advise anyone who won any vacation from here or hears on the radio "name of country with the letter A in it 3 times to win a vacation to Las Vegas, Florida...etc" stay away! This seems like a complete scam to me. After the "systems being down" and being told that "*** 15 is 30 days from Dec 17" (in a desperate attempt to avoid the refund) I have no faith that this is anything other than a scam.
