Amadeus Home Music School failed to pay me for teaching one months worth of leesons for multiple students resulting in the amount of $1700 worth of lesson pay I did not receive. They double and trippled billed my clients and made up lies about it being an "oversight" I had my suspicions about the company when I kept having to remind them to pay me. They kept assuring me my money was coming and that they were sooo sorry for the mistakes.
It all came to a head in March 2009 when they told me to go teach a whole bunch of lessons and then never returned my calls and just ignored my clients as well. They owe over $100,000 to teachers and not to mention how much in credit card fraud. I received over 40 emails after I blogged on Help Me Howard Web Site, all from the other victims of AMADEUS HOME MUSIC SCHOOL. They know they are going in the crapper and don't care becasue they are linked up to a man named

Who helps web companies get out of bad reputations on the net, his company directs traffic to your web site, and he handles your bad debt. Now before you go running after doing business with Carl Sgro you may want to understand something. He may actually be the OWNER of all the companies using Michael Lawson as a stick man. Carl Sgro was found selling "lists" of names from all across the counrty ( 30,000 names to be exact) of people NEEDING MUSIC LESSONS.. Hmmmm.
Anyways, many people are suffering form the downturn in the economy and I would almost feel sorry for Amadeus if I haden't found out that they started swiping credit cards recently from clients they had from one year ago, who are no longer taking lessons! Well that and the fact they have about 28 different phone numbers and 4-6 different web sites so they can continue to con you and me out of our money.

Recently, I filed an update to a report I filed. I was made aware of some information that was sent to me by email that a man named Carl Sgro was the man responsible for the whole Amadeus fiasco. In no way did I originate this information, it was just emailed to me. I have no reason to believe that Carl Sgro is a guilty party here. I mean, all he did was supposedly make the websites for Amadeus. How does that make him guilty? I don't see how. So I strongly feel that all attacks on this man and his stellar reputation are unjustified. We should just stop assuming he is the guilty party here. What proof do we have? Whoever sent me this information obviously has no life and spent the extra time to acquire information about this man because they were dead set on screwing someone. We are all victims here and should stick together - not trash eachother. So, Mr. Sgro - I deeply appologize for posting the email sent to me. If there is anything I can personally do to help you, please let me know.

In regard to Amadeus Music Lessons
I am sorry if you have been hurt but I Carl Sgro have had nothing to do with it.
Why are folks perpetrating these false accusations? I have nothing to do with this business other than registering the domain names and designing the web sites, for a fee.
I have been in the web design business for 6 years and have never ever beat anyone as it is against all that I believe in. My reputation is stellar. Your assumption based on the fact that the domain is registered in my name that I am Mike Lawson or that I am dishonest is in itself dishonest.
Dah! Yo! Hello! I am not Mike Lawson. I am 20+ years older, a grandpa and play guitar poorly (3 lessons 50 years ago)
Our web designer has taken down the websites at the request of Michael Lawson's attorney and put up the note he gave me with a number to call for help. Ask any attorney, by law, my company could not take down the website on our own as we do not own the website or the business.
I HAVE CAUSED NO HARM TO ANYONE.
Folks have accused me with nothing to go on but a domain name registration. I have hundreds of domains that I have registered for other companies. I can not be responsible if one of those companies goes out of business or acts poorly. Its like blaming Google for showing the website.
You or anyone else can call me at anytime to discuss (973 283 2185). I am not hiding as I have done nothing wrong. Calling me names and defaming me online is outright wrong and unfair.
Suggesting that I be castrated is sick.
Unlike others, I am not hiding under a pseudo name or being anonymous.
I will pray that you all do the right thing.

Being falsley accused is very sad.
I have been accused of being the owner of Amadeus Home School and cheating people. I am not and never have been an owner in Amadeus or in any of their other websites. My only relationship with this company is that my company registered the domain name for Amadeus which was a web design client of ours.
We often register the domain names under our name for clients and then transfer the domain to the client once the client has paid their bill in full to us.
Should you need additional information go to www.music-housecalls.com and speak with one of their representatives or Michael Lawson who is the Owner of Amadeus. If that doesnt help contact an attorney or the authorities.
Please stop accusing me as I can not be responsible for a companies actions becuase we registered their domain.
