Started selling on Amazon U.K. July 2014 I understand the time period and money on hold to make sure customer receive there item. But not this long to have money on hold.  All items had been shipped and received from the time July -Dec. They even sent me a email and congrats to sell for the holidays and released my money they had been holding for 4 months. About 4 hours later they suspended my account and placed my money on hold again. Here it is 2-1/2015 and I still have not received my money. The buyers all received there items and here i sit still out the money for shipping and the products. They tell you your account is releated to another account that is suspended.

This is bull I have never had another account. They can not provide proof and I asked several times. All you u receive is a automated service repeat of a email. No one cares at all. I have had no a-z claims have been filed from a buyer, not one email asking for refund and all items received. Amazon is out of control and holding sellers money they are a very undfair and I do belevie they are making interest off the sellers money they place on hold for moths. I hope BIG HEADS Amazon go down and lose everything. I have shown the email sent to me please look at date and times. Are you kidding me and they will not explain themselves at all and still have my money. $4000.00 this is so unfair.
