During July 2014 I transfered via Visa $250US to use the 'Richard Server', however the 'server/bot' was not activated. A short time later, I received a call from John Francis who encouraged me to invest more money with them and if I invested $10,000 I could be eligible for a  VIP Gold Account. I asked what this was and he said he would have Charles Butler, Senior Relationship Manager, V.I.P. Department send me an email explaining this. I told him that the most I would be able to get would be $5,000AU  and it would take about 6mths to do so. He said it was alright.

John just asked me for full explanation of our job.
Well, it's easy - usually we are splitting account balance for 3 parts. 35% we are using for weekly trading, 35% for long term trading and 30% is for customer. At the end of every week we are making weekly report and we are checking customers trades. Then we are sending reports and making 20% refund for unsuccessful trades made during the week by the owner of account.
With normal effectivness (without any special events on the market) we are usually successful with 85%-87% of trades - then 13%-15% we are refunding (again at the end of every week).
Profits that we are making depends on the account balance - but hipoteticaly with $10000, when we are using 35% ($3500) and 86% of success it's 3010 (in average $3000). Next week is easier because with $13000 account balance we can use $4450 for weekly trading, and again - average income is $3913. Diagram for 4 weeks with $10000 level at the begining lokks that:
 
1st week - 10000 - 86% payout - profits - 3010 - final account balance - 13000
2nd week - 13000 - 86% payout - profits - 4450 - final account balance - 17450
3rd week - 17450 - 86% payout - profits - 15007 - final account balance - 32457
4th week - 32457 - 86% payout - profits - 27913,02 - final account balance - 60370,02
 
Of course it's a scenario for 10000 account and i know John is not speaking about this numbers with you, but you should also remember that  VIP means something...

So on the strength of this, I eventually amased $5,000AU by January 2015 and when I spoke to John Francis I asked him if he was regulated and what sort of guarantees did I have. He said that they were above board and that if they were not reputable they wouldn't be allowed to deal via Visa and Visa would stop business with them (I was a fool to beleive this rubbish). He then transferred the funds from my Visa account.

Now the heartache begins where they take all my money and don't honour their word/promises. I have included the emails below;

Since John sent me an email explaining as you did, that I can't access my account while it is being worked on, I still can't access my account. I have tried many times at varying hours of the day and days of the week. I have no idea how it has been performing and would like to know.

**** When this email was sent, I was able to access my account by resetting the password. I saw that 1 days trade had been done for a profit of $2500 US giving me an account total of $5400 US (or $5500, I'm not sure which).  I then assumed that as my account was now very much within the realms of the agreement to become a VIP member, my account would flourish as described.

Hi Charles, this is in regards to a vip account I have in amberoptions which was set up by John Francis. My account is 'sta........com'.

Since depositing approx $5K AUD, I have not had access to my account. I was able to contact support via phone on one occasion during late May and they advised me that John had left. I since have not been able to contact them by phone (no answer). I left messages for someone to contact me via email, no result.

Would you be able to email me back regarding the status of my account.

I still have not heard back from Amber Options, I am not able to access my account as I am told my account does not exist. Amber Options was given permission to access and trade on my behalf on the proviso that it be done as a VIP GOLD ACCOUNT, at no stage were they told to activate the 'richard server' nor did they tell me they would do so.
