AMDG Hard to get a refund from,will not take calls or answer messages Atlanta Georgia

AMDG is a online High School and carreer training facility for conductor training for railroads.

I paid cash for conductor training after being approved for hiring by their recruiter for CSX.Glenn Barnes was my recruiter,then I was switched over to Bob McGee.I was approved to eligible for hire in March and Bob told me classes were coming up in May.He told me they would be calling in order of approval for the upcoming classe and that having my money there would put me in ahead of those who were notified and had to obtain financing.I paid in April....Deducted directly from my checking acct that day..Then...No May classes,but for sure in June I was told..Then no June classes,but Lance (the pres,)told me that he was meeting with CSX execs. about hiring plans in md July,and to call him after July 19...So I did..Good news,I was to be in a Sept class and CSX was hiring 400 people.I was to be in a class Sept 10,17 or 24....Nothing...No calls,no calls returned etc....

Finally,in December, I pretended to be having trouble with the High School part to get through...They told me that hiring had slowed,but I still would be in the first class...

Fast forward to 3 wks ago...I went through their automated system and got Pam Schubert to pick up...She informed me they were no longer affiliated with CSX and that she would send me an application for a refund.

I feel that if they could take my money from me in 5 minutes,they should put it back as quickly.I sent the application signed receipt required and they wouldn't sign for it..So I sent another delivery confirmation...It was in their mail yesterday the 13 of March...We have called daily in between with no response...
