Douglas A. Findley is running a full time scam. He runs the www.finditandfundit.com (find it and fund it) real estate scam program. It's simple, when a person signs up for his service, he promises them they can make money by being a property locator, and by making 10% of the full purchase of the home- he is a liar. I signed up for his service and they want contract after contract. It's all a big game and lie. I informed the local cape coral police about this person. I also found out he works under the name JAMES DISNEY  and running a local online advertisng place called LOONADS (www.loonads.com) - This guy is a fraud. He is a scammer. He should be behind jail. I am also having an investigator hired to find out additional info about this person. He lists jobs on craigslist.org (go to FT. MYERS area and do a search for LOONADS) and you will see. This guy does not follow any laws on the phone. He can't tell people who are interested in signing up with real estate program that they can start making immediately, that people will earn 150,000 in their first year , blah blah blah. There are laws. You can't lie about your service and mi-represent it. Doug Findley is going down!  FIND IT AND FUND IT REAL ESTATE PROGRAM IS A 100% SCAM. I HOPE YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGNUP AND NOT AFTER YOU SIGNUP WITH HIS PROGRAM. IF YOU DID GET SCAMMED BY ONE OF HIS COMPANIES, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DO A CHARGEBACK IMMEDIATELY. ***some new info since last post, I found out his family owns a DAY SPA in Cape Coral as well. The Day Spa is called www.capecoraldayspa.com . The name of the place is BODY AND SOUL. Call up the spa at 239-542-2639 and ask to speak to mr. Doug Findley mother in law. And complain to her!!!!! As I believe his mother in law and wife runs the place. He also uses that website as a "testimonial" for his LOONADS (local online advertising) service. But really it's his wife and mother in law website. WHAT A SCAM
