i had contacted america on line several times as to why there were so many different charges from aol 8.0 and 9.0 and they said it was because i switched from one to the other, and i would be reimbursed for the extra charges.
That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't reimbursed me. And I had only been with the company for aroun 3 and a half weeks when I was notified I would be charged for services in the following week.
Was also promissed a fifty dollar gift certificate that I never received. My computer is down and I am trying to close my account until I can get another computer, and all I get is a we'll be in touch.
I'm typing this at a computer in my public library.
